Frank is at it again...
This is the “new world symphony” by Frank Gehry and his team. As it’s predecessors - this design is a more calmer version of some his other works…due to make its debut this year.

A seemless addition to the skyline...
8 Spruce Street. The tallest luxury residential tower in New York City, was designed by the architect Frank Gehry.
If you want to go under the radar, going to the tallest residential building in the Western hemisphere isn’t the way to go. This is not an introverted building.

A Fashion Designer’s APT on the UWS

Rocky in Finland, I think not!

The tallest residential building in the western hemisphere, by the world’s most celebrated living architect.
Frank Gehry’s new building at 8 Spruce Street, the architect’s first skyscraper, is almost finished. Seventy-six stories high and located just south of City Hall in Lower Manhattan, it is the tallest luxury residential tower in the city’s history.
